Who are we ?
Laurence and Selena, mother and daughter, passionate about life, share the same pleasure for work, as the saying goes "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree..."
Flowers have been part of our family history for over 45 years, this is already the third generation of florists.
We are two creative people, each in our own field, so the desire to create and the thirst for projects brought us together naturally.
Laurence is the granddaughter of a florist, she opened her first shop in 1995, passionate about her job, she loves flowers for the emotion they give off, she transmits her passion through her creations.
Selena, her daughter, the first in a family of three children, joined the Atelier de la Rose adventure during the first lockdown. A young communications graduate who has lived in Lyon for several years, she is a talented participant in the development of social networks in order to keep in touch with customers. The whole family pitches in to ensure the sustainability of Atelier de la Rose. The passion is gradually passed on, and Selena is getting more and more involved.
The distance between Brussels and Lyon in no way hinders this adventure.
The desire to lead a project together came naturally because yes, it was obvious, we needed the perfect meeting between Belgium, France and Spain, the country of our hearts.
Our story
Two flowers coming together for a project, this is the birth of "Fleurs & Flores", the Dried Flower Workshop, the baby of the Atelier de la Rose.
The adventure begins in Spain, it’s obvious to both of us.
We decide to organize the photo shoot there, who should we choose to highlight our bouquets?
A meeting at a festival this summer will quickly determine our choice, Selena meets Olga, an incredible adventurer from Koh Lanta that we supported and followed throughout the adventure, Koh Lanta is a family ritual, we watch each season as a family, there is never coincidence but meetings in life, paths that cross, between Olga and Selena the current passes immediately, it is certain that Olga will be part of our adventure.
And quite naturally, Anne-Sophie and Louana, two other brilliant adventurers, our two other favorites, will be there, you will never believe it, they are linked by a wonderful friendship and it is with enthusiasm that they join us in our little Spanish paradise.

Three days sharing passion, emotion, love, authenticity, thank you to all three of you for participating in the birth of "Fleurs & Flores", you are so enthusiastic and sincere, the photos are incredible.
Thank you to our family for their participation in our project, thank you for being patient and understanding because as in any project there are moments of doubt and questioning but those around us are always there to give us confidence and remotivate us.
